Returns & Exchanges

Please review the following return and exchange terms before requesting a return, refund, or replacement.

Eligibility

Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within the period stated at the time of purchase, and items must be in unused condition unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Products showing signs of wear, break-in, alteration, or misuse may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom gloves, special-order items, and products modified at the customer’s request are generally final sale unless otherwise required by law.

Any item marked as final sale at checkout is not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Authorization

Customers must contact Kawa Gloves before sending back any item. We may require order details, photographs, or additional information to review the request.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging where reasonably available and packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Kawa Gloves reserves the right to reduce or deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the required condition.

Refunds and Exchanges

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

If an exchange is approved, replacement fulfillment is subject to stock availability at the time the returned item is received and reviewed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Kawa Gloves.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Kawa Gloves is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
